Gift cards

  • A gift card can be used as a means of payment for the amount indicated on the card
  • To pay for treatments using the gift card, the client should have it with him
  • Gift card cannot be exchanged for cash
  • If the amount indicated on the gift card is bigger than the cost of treatment, the difference is not subject to refund (including cosmetics).
  • Gift card that was lost cannot be exchanged or returned
  • Gift card validity is indicated on the front side. The services specified on the gift card can be used within the period of gift card validity
  • If the gift card has certain treatments indicated on the gift card, the client has the right to use the gift card for these particular treatments
  • The treatments indicated on the gift card are not exchangeable
  • The treatments indicated on the gift card can be used if there are free times and places
  • Gift card is valid for 4 months from the date of purchase. After expiration date the gift card can not be used anymore and the gift card will be considered invalid.


  • Packages are personal to You and cannot be transferred or used by others
  • Payment for a packages must be made immediately before the first treatment
  • If you do not inform us of your cancellation or if you miss a session without a valid reason without notifying us, you will lose the treatment or your money.
  • The package indicated on your membership card cannot be exchanged
  • The validity period of a package is shown on the front of the package. The treatments indicated can be used during the validity period of the package.
  • The amount of payment is determined by the price list or a special offer, a discount that is valid for a certain period of time of the company.
  • If you have a preference in choosing a specialist, discuss this with the receptionist when you make your appointment.
  • Course is valid for 4 months from date of purchase. After the expiry date, you can no longer use the package and the treatments will be invalidated.


Rules of conduct in the clinic

  • When booking an appointment, arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of the procedure so that the specialist can get to work on time without delaying subsequent clients
  • Give at least 24 hours’ notice if you can’t make an appointment over the phone or on Instagram.
  • Provide all information you know about health conditions, illnesses, allergies and alert the specialists.
  • After each treatment, pay for the services according to the invoice (by card or in cash). Skin Life Clinic does not offer services on credit.
  • It is not advisable to bring small children to the Skin Life Clinic. Hygiene and behaviour rules apply, which are difficult for a small child to understand and follow. We are not responsible for your children! In case of material damage Skin Life Clinic has the right to charge a fine.
  • In case of a weekend reservation (Saturday-Sunday) Skin Life Clinic has the right to ask for an advance payment of 50% of the treatment price.
  • Visiting the Skin Life Clinic together with animals is strictly forbidden.
  • It is not permitted to enter the rooms wearing outerwear and shoes.
